If you are a foreign young person from within the Youth Mobility Agreement countries and territories, then you’ll be happy to know that IIN has been entrusted with annual quota for two types of visas to help foreign nationals like yourself work and travel in Canada: International Co-op/Internship Permits & Working Holiday permits.
Advantages of applying for your Canadian travel and work permit via IIN as RO:
✅ Work permit validity of 12-24 months (depending on country of citizenship)
✅ If you choose to participate a second time, there is no break required between participations for individuals nominated via an RO.
✅ The second lifetime participation granted via ROs can be in the same category or a different category. (RO participations are in addition to the YMA country-specific participation, but note that the two lifetime RO opportunities are inclusive of previous participations with all ROs).
✅ The age of participation for all candidates nominated by the IIN is 18-35

Services & Pricing
✅ Co-op/Internship Category – IEC Nomination by IIN: $500
Inclusions: IIN will provide “how to” information on Resume/CV building for Canada; Best Practices for Internship searches; Canadian internship opportunity & employer sites & resources; Provide detailed information on the Co-op/Internship Visa application process; Nominate the Student to International Experience Canada.
✅ Co-op/Internship Category – Internship Placement & IEC Nomination by IIN: $1,400
Inclusions: Onboarding Conversation with IIN Representative via Zoom; Written summary of the onboarding conversation; Feedback on Resume (to augment content and layout and align with Canadian Standards); Matching Employer internship opportunities with Student’s needs; Setting up Employer Interviews; Finalizing Contracts between the Employer and Student; Assisting with the IEC Application Process (in English & French); IIN to nominate the Student to IEC/Government of Canada; Provide an online orientation prior to the Student arriving in Canada.
✅ Housing Assistance – Research accommodation options for the duration of your Internship or Working Holiday in Canada: $500
Inclusions: IIN will research housing options for the student coming to Toronto. The Student would then be responsible for booking the housing at their own expense. IIN can book the housing for the student, but it would charge a 10% + the Cost of housing to perform this optional service. The Student should budget at least $300CDN per week X # of weeks for housing.
✅ Toronto Programming Fee – 24/7 Support & Comprehensive Programming: $1,200
Inclusions: IIN to provide a 3 hour in-person orientation upon arrival in Toronto. Orientation will consist of learning and riding the public transit system, where to shop, reviewing healthcare and emergency procedures, acquiring a Social Insurance Number and Bank Account, etc…. The Student will have 24/7 Access to an IIN Representative for any challenges related to the Internship and/or Health & Security issues; Participation in 3 Group Activities (Sporting and/or Cultural Events) with other students; Receiving a weekly “What’s happening” report on events the student can enjoy while in Toronto.
